Sherwood Chang
张少武律师，法学硕士，高级合伙人，本科阶段具有法律和英语学习背景，具有近二十年法律工作经验。现为广东红棉律师事务所国际部部长，同时兼任广东省法学会经济法研究会理事、广州律师协会一带一路委员会委员、广东省翻译协会会员等社会职务，广东省国有资产管理委员会法律服务入库人员。2017年被评为“广东省涉外领军律师”。执业以来，经办了大量的国际贸易、跨境投资、知识产权、跨境刑事等案件，在广东省涉外法律服务领域业内具有较高的声誉和影响力。
Mr. Chang (senior partner) has been practicing law since 2001. He is currently the head of the International Department of Guangdong Hongmian Law Firm, and concurrently a member of the Economic Law Research Society of Guangdong Law Society, the One Belt One Road Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, and the Guangdong Translation Association. In 2017, he was named one of the "Guangdong Province Leading Lawyers of Foreign Affairs". Since practicing, he has handled a large number of international trade, cross-border investment, intellectual property, cross-border criminal cases, and has a high reputation and influence in the field of foreign legal services in Guangdong Province.

Sharmaine Way
韦雪梅律师，合伙人，法学硕士，本科为法学和国际贸易背景，讲师，曾在某高校工作多年。现为广东红棉律师事务所执业律师，同时兼任广东省法学会反垄断与反不正当竞争法研究会理事。2021年入选广东省涉外律师人才库（先锋），2022年入选广州市涉外律师领军人才（第一批）。韦律师执业以来，经办了一大批涉外案件，其业务专长为企业法律顾问、经济合同纠纷等。
Ms. Way (partner) is now practicing in Guangdong Hongmian Law Firm, and concurrently serves as a director of the Anti-monopoly and Anti-Unfair Competition Law Research Association of Guangdong Law Society. In 2021, she was selected as one of the 4th Batch of Foreign-related Lawyers (Pioneer) Talent Pool of Guangdong Province and in 2022 the 1th Batch of Leading Foreign-related Lawyers of Guangzhou. Since her practice, Miss Way has handled a large number of foreign cases.
Bruce Lee
李小鹏律师，工科硕士，资深律师，在从事律师之前，曾长期在美国、欧洲和印度从事销售和法务工作，熟悉美国法律制度。自执业以来，为众多国外客户代理或辩护，均收到非常好的效果。
